Reshma bridges the worlds of business and transformative wellbeing, blending over 15 years of experience in Tech, Data, SaaS, and start-ups with pioneering holistic practices.
A certified wellness coach, meditation teacher, and Kriya yoga practitioner and teacher, she has also been a Reiki practitioner for over 16 years and holds a Basic Integrated Clinical Hypnotherapy certificate. Reshma has been associated with the Wellbeing at Work World organisation for over six years, supporting and facilitating corporate wellbeing initiatives. She helps leaders move beyond burnout, rewire limiting patterns, and lead with clarity and purpose—creating workplaces where ambition and inner balance thrive.
Passionate about integrating wellbeing into leadership, Reshma champions the concept of ‘Primary Foods’ - the relationships, mindset, purpose, and experiences that truly nourish us beyond what’s on our plate, helping leaders cultivate deep, lasting wellbeing and a sense of wholeness.

Joseph Keenan is a trusted executive and strategic advisor to Saffron Advisory, bringing over three decades of experience guiding C-suite leaders, senior executives, and family offices through complex global challenges. Having held leadership roles across Asia, the US, and international markets, Joe brings deep expertise in corporate governance, regulatory strategy, risk mitigation, and operational resilience.

A former senior executive at 3Com Technologies, Seagate, NetApp, UPS, and Choice Logistics, and a Lieutenant Junior Grade in the United States Navy, Joe has operated at the intersection of leadership, global expansion, and high-stakes decision-making. He has advised multinational corporations on geopolitical risk, corporate structuring, and operational agility, helping them navigate an increasingly unpredictable business landscape.
With extensive experience in manufacturing, defence, and commercial sectors, Joe has led large-scale product transfers to Asia, optimised supply chain operations, and supported business expansion across international markets.
